Since I first got my Panasonic HD tv, the first thing on my mind was how long do I have to wait to get sky hd installed. I’d already seen hd movies via my apple tv and was very impressed, but I could not keep paying for rented movies. What I really wanted is sky, I wanted all the movies and I wanted football in high definition. I had read so many sky hd reviews that I had to just order the dam thing.
How did I order sky hd
Well I went online and signed up, it took about 10 minutes and was fairly painless, most of my time was spend mixing up the packs, adding removing – did I really want sky arts. I opted for the sky hd box, the hd pack and the movie pack. It was quite expensive I would now find myself paying just under sixty pounds per month but would have everything I wanted in hd. It took a couple of weeks to get the whole thing installed, I live in flats and already have a shared dish, so the sky install was just some bloke giving me the sky hd box, and installing it. I could have done this myself, but it was this chaps job. It took him about 5 mins, after which he gave me a quick rundown on the features. I just wanted him to leave so I could play with my new toy.
How good is the hd picture
The hd picture quality is in a word amazing. The best way I can describe it? well, I wear glasses the pictures on a normal tv is like watching without my glasses, blurry, lack of detail etc. When you see a hd picture is like wearing the glasses so much more detail, sharp you start to see things that you would never see on the old picture. I found myself thinking what would the matrix look like in hd, before I knew it I was watching all my favourite films again in hd.
